Technical

The Technical department designs all CAD drawings for core and bespoke profiles and creates CNC programmes to manufacture these profiles. The team is responsible for implementing factory processes including Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and Health and Safety policies. They also control ISO standards, environmental standards including FSC certification, risk assessments, audits and quality reviews. The Technical team liaise with suppliers for factory consumables as well as all sub-contractors entering the site.
