SAM Mouldings is committed to investing in its people. The company has a deeply embedded culture of continuous improvement and this culture extends to its attitude and approach to learning and development. A strong management team has developed a climate where all employees feel involved and empowered to develop and improve themselves.
SAM was first recognised as an Investor in People in 1998. Since then it has been successfully reviewed against the IiP standard in 1999 and again in 2001. The company has also been successfully reviewed against the more comprehensive IiP Profile standard in 2003 ,2005 and most recently in 2011 reflecting the company’s sustained and continuing commitment to invest in it’s people.
