Springfarm Architectural Mouldings Limited (SAM) recognises its health and safety duties under the Health and Safety at Work Order (N.I.) 1978, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (N.I.) 2000, and any other relevant legislation.
In furtherance of these duties SAM is committed:

To implement and maintain a health and safety management system that at least meets the requirements of OHSAS 18001:1999. |

To provide and maintain a safe place of work, a safe system of work, safe appliances for work, a safe and healthy working environment and to continually review and improve these provisions. |

To provide such information and instructions as may be necessary to ensure the health and safety at work of its employees. |

To ensure the safety and the absence of health risks in connection with the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances. |

To make regular assessments of the risks to employees and take appropriate preventative action. |

To communicate this policy to all employees and make available to interested parties on request. |

To allocate responsibility to competent personnel for monitoring compliance with this Policy. |

All employees agree as a term of their contract of employment to know and observe all health and safety rules and practices and to conduct themselves at all times in a proper manner.
This Health and Safety Policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as required.
