SAM receives IiP 10 Year Celebration Award
SAM is delighted to have received recognition that SAM has continuously been recognised as an Investor in People (IiP) organisation for over 10 years. This is a fantastic achievement demonstrating an ongoing dedication to people and a commitment to continuous business improvement. SAM is now one of the growing group of over 3,000 organisations, representing businesses of all sizes and sectors who have achieved such a significant milestone and enjoyed the benefit of successive Investors in People reviews for a decade or more.
Since starting, what has proved an excellent journey, to achieve the following accreditations and renewals over the last 10 years, SAM is looking forward to another 10 years with IiP.
- Standard in 1996, 1999 and 2002
- Profile in 2005 and 2008
- Champion status in 2004 and 2007.
- Gold Champion Organisation in 2010
Grace McClean, Human Resource Manager, is delighted with this recent recognition and this comes at a time when Grace is preparing to work closely with the NI IiP Centre in Belfast as an “Employer Representative” which will replace “Panel Members” during 2010. Grace is “excited” about this new opportunity and the opportunities it will create for SAM and IiP.
